I was in Houston the other week. I was trying to find a part for a mirror on a 2018 Tacoma. After looking online, I found two different numbers. Im from the Austin area. I called two Toyota dealerships there and either a person in the parts department would not answer the phone or when they did they transferred me and nobody would ever return my call. I talked to David in the parts department, he told me exactly what the two numbers were and I was able to order the correct part online. It fit perfectly. Just bought a wonderful 2019 Toyota 86 TRD SE from this dealership for my first car. During the entire process they were kind, understanding, and even were willing to negotiate down the price for my needs. Car was wonderful, and even was told by two people as I was leaving with it that they had come to just see the car at the lot! Victor was also a wonderful sales representative, and talked me through the process as a beginner—but also wasn’t pushy or tried to pull the wool over my eyes. Any questions I had were answered genuinely and honestly, and for that I thank him sincerely! And he clearly valued my time as I had made a trip of multiple hours just to get that car, and made sure to get me through as fast as possible after I was certain that I wanted the car. And this was all done within a days time, and with much patience as I sorted out and finalized my car loan with Navy Federal and took a ride share to the dealership. Though I might be hours away, if anyone asks how my purchase went, it went really well! I would recommend this dealership for sure.
