I've never had an issue with this dealership. I only bring my car here. Check over your quotes and recommendations, sometimes they quote stuff that's within warranty. Either than that, I trust them.



I found it very unprofessional to not honor your own promotions. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change that was 49.99 with a 10 percent off offer for afternoon service. I arrived at 1230 for just an oil change that takes 5 hours of waiting? Then to be told that you won't honor your offer because my vehicle isn't a toyota. Weird considering it is a lexus that toyota makes. Nowhere on your scheduling page is this mentioned. I asked for this to be honored and all I'm told is sucks to suck.

Sterling McCall typically has stellar service (less than 45 minute wait, constant communication, friendly advisor, etc.). Today, the experience was exact opposite. It could have been because the dealer is being remodeled and service and express lines were combined? I had a 7:00am appointment for scheduled maintenance. I did not get out of my car until almost 7:30am with little to no check-in. Once I was checked in I was not given any updates. My vehicle serviced done and move out to parking space 8:30 am . I waiting and check my vehicle every 10 minutes but no one touches and open door untill 9:50 am I walk to cashier and ask them and they told me my car ready and also 10:30 they call me and said my car ready to go . The problem here why i have to wait 2 hrs more after my vehicle completely done ( my phone number in system but no one call me or call me at service waiting room ) .

My husband was shopping for a new Camry and we had an exceptional experience here. Our salesperson Syed (Sunny) was very knowledgeable and helpful. He offered his suggestions and listened to our needs to find the best deal for us. We went home driving in our brand new Hybrid Camry 2025 and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

I came in to look at buying a specific vehicle that I saw online. I was paired with Denzell, who immediately knew everything about the car that I was looking at buying. He was so incredibly helpful and was willing to answer any questions that I had. He was so nice and not pushy at all, which was very refreshing.
