I had wait on service rep for several minutes. He didn't introduce himself. My car didn't get wash. I didn't like the service experience, but I understand the construction. No coffee.

Very good service. I needed new battery and they didn’t have one, nor any dealer in Houston. So they had me purchase one from Walmart and they installed it for a very low price. It was a special battery and needed a special installation procedure. It was a hybrid. I am very pleased with their service.

I had my oils and break pads changed amongst other things yesterday. Hannah Duraso was (the associate who helped me) she was so great in communicating with me about the things my car needed to have done and keeping in the loop on the status of my car. I had a bad experience the last time I was there but yesterday thanks to Hanna Duraso I had a wonderful experience and plan to come back!

Hannah as always did a great job keeping me up to the minute on the service and going over the additional recommendations. My car is 12 yrs old and still in wonderful shape due to the care it gets at Sterling McCall.

Purchased car less than 12 months from this dealership, was told by Moses whenever I got my car serviced there, it would be washed. Not the case. I could and should have gone to my closer dealer - Keating but didn't thinking the service would be better. It wasn't. Service was performed without incident but the experience is nothing to rave about. Actually the facility is undergoing renovation and can be difficult on the busy days.

I have been very pleased with the services provided here. The representative is always courteous and takes time to explain everything. And the work done on my car has kept it running well for many years.

I trust Toyota quality but this dealership and service is way below it. I think it’s too big and total quality management is out of control, everything is just random. I was also falsified by the finance people when I was buying the car: they sold me multiple extended warranties but when I needed it some of those didn’t actually work. Second visit to Sterling McCall Toyota with my new 2025 Toyota Camry. 1st was for a recall on the rear seat seat belts. Good experience, so I decided to make this Service Center my go-to place for service. Today was for 5,000 mile service, and was another very positive experience. Out in 1 hour.
