Since there are a bunch of different models of the 2022 Camry, it would seem obvious that they require different gas tank capacities. Each 2022 Camry with an FWD setup uses a 15.8-gallon fuel tank size, and the AWD trims equip a 14.3-gallon gas tank. For those that prefer the Hybrid setup, a 13.2-gallon gas tank is used instead.
The Camry has a maximum range of over 610 miles, just in the base trim. To get more specific, the Toyota Camry models that return that 600+ mile driving range gets 28 miles per gallon city and 39mpg highway. When looking at the trims that equip the V6 engine, they can get an estimated 22 miles per gallon city and 31-33mpg on the highway. One of the most impressive gas mileage numbers in the lineup is the Camry LE Hybrid with 51mpg city and 53mpg on the highway for an amazing and long-lasting performance.
The Camry equips a 2.5L 4-cylinder that produces 203 horsepower, which delivers a durable drive. The 2.5L 4-cylinder engine could also make 206 horsepower for other models but it retains the same gas mileage buyers will love. For more power, there is the 3.5L V6 engine that creates 301 horsepower.
