Adalberto helped me out with my first initial service on my 4Runner. He was very kind and even helped get a part on my car that I needed to purchase in the Parts department. It was raining hard and he moved my car under a covered area so my 2 month old and I wouldn’t get wet. They were very fast.

Denzel was amazing at listening to my requirements and matching me directly with the most efficient and cost-effective option as I requested. Denzel Washington went above and beyond to also make sure the transfer of my trade in was done fast and efficient and communicated the process to me and I was able to get into the vehicle I really wanted ( after deliberation on numerous great options) and took home a Low mileage 3 row SUV and was able to get the payment I wanted without usual dealershop haggling, and even after gap insurance, my monthly payment was under my buget. I was concerned about the down payment, but Denzel ensured me that my trade-in was more than acceptable for $0 down financing, offering me $2000 above the asking price. I wanted a specific trim and wouldn't settle for a lower trim, and Denzel made the evaluation process and filtering a very easy process.

Jean and the team of mechanics took good care of my cars issues and he was kind enough to get me a free rental so I could leave my car with them and not have to drive my car in a compromised state. Everything was quick, the inspection report was detailed, and while there was stuff on the report that I didn't really need fixed no one tried to push those services on me.
