First time coming here was great, not so much the second time. I was told it would take 1.5-2 hrs for an alignment and oil change. It took 3.5. Had I been told it would take that long, it would have been fine and I could plan around it, but it taking double the amount of said time was incredibly frustrating. I'm fine with 3 hours of work, I just need to know up front. Not sure I'll return.
I recently purchase a pickup truck here and there was a problem with it, they immediately took it back fixed the problem and gave me a loaner for the time it was in the shop. My salesman was Dennison, he went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of for me.

My advisor took care of an issue due to miscommunication in recent visit, with calmness and good attitude, I give them, advisor and the management a thumbs up.

Poor communication from James Chatman. Make me wait for about 4 hrs in the waiting area just to tell me they didn’t have the parts in stock to change my truck break pads, after requesting for updates at different times. Didn’t offer an option to make it right, just sorry!

I went to oil change there.They change oil no problem and they also did inspection They send me the link and suggestion about tire repair but my car is also warning engine required maintenance and nobody mention about that.Also i send text messages to the person this maintenance require warning related your suggestion?No answer yet.
I waited nearly a half hour for my assigned service advisor to get to me to check me in. The online status tracker was not kept up to date. They didn’t wash the car, which my Subaru dealers did routinely.
